Deposit conditions

For reservations at the Tres Mares Hotel from 1 to 4 nights:

To guarantee your reservation, Hotel Tres Mares will charge 100% of the first night to your credit card at the time of booking.

For reservations at the Tres Mares Hotel of more than 4 nights:

To guarantee your reservation, Hotel Tres Mares will charge 25% of your total stay to your credit card at the time of booking.

 

Cancelation conditions

For reservations with entry in July and August: If you cancel the reservation 6 days before the arrival date, we will refund the full deposit.

For reservations the rest of the year: If you cancel the reservation 4 days before the arrival date, we will refund the full deposit.

If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, we cannot return the deposit.

Pets

You can bring your pet to the hotel, paying an additional € 10 per night.

Events

Check with the hotel if an event is held during your stay. In this case, the cafeteria, restaurant and swimming pool services may be limited in hours and even closed for the celebration of the same.
